Yoga (Tuesday)

Yoga is the art of connecting body, mind and spirit through movement and breath. We will take it slow so everyone can follow along. We will look at the basics of meditation and breathing.

Content:
In this basic Vinyasa Flow class, we will focus on breath in connection with conscious movement. Whether you’re a Yoga beginner or a regular practitioner doesn’t matter at all. Together we will dive in to a calm and nourishing space where we breathe, move and meditate for an hour.

Prerequisites:
The class is not suitable if you have severe wrist or knee injuries since you will use our arms and sit on knees or cross legged.
You need: one yoga mat (no thick gymnastics mat please), yoga block if possible, blanket and pillow if at hand to sit on.
Please wear comfortable cloth and do not eat 1 hour prior to class.
